| | | | I met Candice Guerard at Algonquin Travel, my first job as a Travel Agent. I remember being so nervous for my first day. Candice was who I was working with that first morning, and after the first 5 minutes of talking with her, I knew I would love this girl and had found a great friend.
Over the past 5 years, I have made a true best friend in Candice. She is one of the funniest, happiest, most amazing people I have ever met in my life. I was lucky enough to stand up with her at her wedding in July 2011, and I am so grateful that she has agreed to stand with me. |

  | | | I've known Ben since I was 6 years old. Having met through beavers (yes, I bet you can just picture the cute outfits!), we immediately became best friends. I can remember countless days of us hanging out, playing ball hockey, and hardly ever being apart. My parents probably wondered at times if I had moved out while in elementary school! (They wish!)
Through the years we have been through it all, from house parties gone wrong, trips to Joe and Darlene's cottage, to hockey games antagonising the Senator's faithful by literally cheering on anyone but Ottawa. I guess you could say we bring out "the best" in each other!
But seriously, Ben has been a brother to me my whole life to the point I never felt like an only child. I couldn’t think of anyone better to have as my best friend, and my best man!

 | | | I met Chris, or "Boyd" as we all call him, when I was in high school working at Casey's Bar and Grill as an "aquatic engineer" (dish washer...). Though I hated my job and barely lasted a month before walking out, I gained one of my best friends in Boyd during the process. Both of us having a love for all things sports related, trips to Toronto to catch any sport possible would follow on a regular basis. Eventually when it was time to move out of the parent's house, Boyd was my first roommate at the Riverside apartments where many fun times would follow!
It's fitting that a guy who was there for many of the important moments in my young adulthood (tattoos, Vegas trips, you know, all the essential stuff!), will be standing with me for our big day! |

 | | | I first met Andrew when I started my career at Flight Centre, working together at the Bank street office. Though my first few weeks working there I felt completely lost, Andrew had my back and made sure to teach me everything he knew about the job. Since then we've been good friends, having plenty of awesome times, such as dressing up as RUN DMC for our first Flight Centre retreat, countless nights out, and our adventures in Cabo (i.e. being held hostage in Mexico, and his "nose incident"). Also, I can't mention Andrew without our shared passion for the football club, Manchester United. Sunday mornings wouldn't be the same without either catching the game on tv with him, or the text updates when one of us had to work!
He was also there the weekend I proposed to Lindsay in Las Vegas, and helped keep the celebrations and shenanigans going that night! I am very happy he will be standing with Lindsay and me for our big day!

 | | | Jason was my partner in crime for most of my days in the Travel and Tourism program at Algonquin College. We (sometimes) attended almost all classes together, and are best known for one of the greatest school projects of all time, a video recreating a fictional, high class travel agency for the stars. The description doesn't do it justice, but trust me it was Legend...wait for it...Dary!
These days Jason is responsible for many of our awesome nights out at the bar he works at, The Brigg. Also, he is our star softball player on The Sex Panthers (yes, that's our team name), driving in runs, all while always wearing jeans! Needless to say he's been a great friend, and always the source of constant entertainment! It wouldn't be a wedding party without him! |
