Boarding: Priority boarding is provided for bridal couples, as well as their guests, being married on the day of sailing. The time to board the ships is controlled by US Customs and Immigration. No one is allowed to board the ship until US Customs and Immigration clear the ship. Due to the terrorist attacks on our country, US Customs and Immigration have increased security measures. In the event the delay in boarding affects the time of the wedding, the wedding will be delayed accordingly. Guests: We ask for all guests to be at the Pier at 10:00 AM to begin the check-in process so once the ship has cleared, we will be able to priority board before all other cruising passengers. Guests who do not arrive at the time we board will have to make their own way on the ship. Non-Sailing Guests: All non-sailing guests are to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. The bride and groom submitted a guest list for all non-sailing guests including your names and date of birth. You will need to provide your state issued photo ID at the time of check in, please have it available. You will leave your ID with Security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship. Non-sailing guests are welcome to tour the ship until the ceremony time. All non-sailing guests must debark the ship immediately after the reception. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your ID in the ship’s terminal. PORT TAMPA BAY
