Bride

It was just one of those nights I wanted to go dancing so I chose Building 24 in Reading.  The place was so packed from an event just ending and the line to the club was super long so I decided to sit at the front bar for a drink or two until the line depleted.  I chose a seat on the corner and started a conversation with a friend over some drinks.  The seat opened up next to me and in you came with your sexy smile and smoothe talking.  We hit it off immediately.  You were so comfortable to talk to.  After awhile we decided to make the front bar our own dance floor and that was the beginning of the rest of our lives.  It took you a week to text me and I was completely surprised to hear from you!  Texting and talking was effortless and we soon met up again with friends for dancing and another time for drinks with your brother.  Our first date was in Manayunk at Old Eagle where I drank my first whole beer.  Now, Old Eagle is a staple in our local tavern visits and I cannot wait to try with you the IPA's they have on tap.

After about 6 months it was time to meet Trinity, Lana, and Emily.  You were so nervous and uncomfortable at first but you soon realized how wonderful they are.  Now, we build our lives around each other and the girls.  That first visit seems so long ago.  You are a great stepfather and they look to you for guidance and love.  Thank you for embracing us four women in your life... for most men 1 is enough!!

Well Alsssa has it close, but this is how I describe our story.  After supporting some friends for a GRIP event at Building 24 in Wyomissing, I found myself at the front bar which was not unfamiliar territory.  Standing around with some friends telling jokes and stories, I noticed an unclaimed drink sitting between myself and a pretty little blonde girl sitting at the bar.  Using that drink as a pretty flimsy excuse to start a conversation I gave it a try.  Between the overdressed suit and dim lighting, I had just enough advantage to get a warm response with my questioning and that was all I needed to start a conversation. We talked about work, cars, pool, fun and friends.  Before too long we were dancing right there by the bar and having fun the rest of the night.  Toward the end of the night I asked for her number and she willingly put it into my phone.  As I remember it, I texted her leading into the next weekend, so a week later may be an exaggeration!  Either way we started texting back and forth seamlessly and I remember thinking this girl was really fun and easy to talk to.  After a few dates I absolutely thought this was going somewhere good! Several months passed and we both decided it was time to meet the girls.  Alyssa is correct that I was extremely nervous, but I was absolutely fascinated to understand the most important part of her life.  We setup a dinner and I can still remember all three girls jumping out of her blue Mustang one by one in the Olive Garden parking lot.  I didn't know how to act or what to say, but all three girls were so sweet, polite, pretty, and charming that the dinner went great and I now can't imagine my life without those three amazing personalities!  Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!
