Over the years I was often asked the one question no woman likes to hear; "Why aren't you married"? I would always give the same response; "Either i'm not ready or the man God has for me is not ready, but when we are both ready God will join us together, who knows it could be somebody I already know".

      Robert and I meet 22 years ago at NC A&T State University"AGGIE PRIDE", where we became good friends and even dated for awhile. However, we didn't date long before God had us seperate as he molded us into what he would have us to be as individuals.

      Through the years we kept in touch with phone calls and occassionally meeting for dinner, movies and even concerts. In December 2009 Robert called. We hadn't seen each other in awhile and he didn't want the new year to come without spending sometime with me; so we set a date to meet. This date however was not like any other date we had, this date was magical. We talked and talked as if no time had past. Since that day we have been inseparable! I believe it was on that day God revealed to both of us, This is the mate I have created just for you. I thank God everyday for blessing me with Robert, for he is everything I prayed and asked God for and more. I can't wait to become Mrs. Tawanda K. Whithead.

      Psalms 34:7 states: "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart". Thank you God for giving me my heart desire.
