Bride

Oh sure, I knew it was coming; but somehow it was still unexpected.

I had just gotten off of work, an out-of-the ordinary Saturday at the dental office. Tyler and I had made plans to meet at our property to take some before picture, as they were breaking ground for our first home that Monday. When I met up with Tyler at the lot, we took some pictures and walked around talking about where some things would go.

Next he asked me to walk over to the far right corner of our house, which would soon become our master bedroom. He claimed to be asking me a question about our future backyard, and I was so confused because it was not at all what we had previously talked about. I turn around and notice a heart made of rocks, with stick lettering inside "Marry Me". Again I turned, and traditional Tyler, was down on his knee and asked me to marry him!

Of course, I said yes. But, I was so impatient that I didn't give him a chance to put the ring on my finger. I reached over to the box, plucked it out, and popped it right on my hand.

We followed the proposal with lunch at a local farm, called Joe's Farm Grille and dessert at the coffee shop on property. Amazing glittery cupcake.

What more could a girl ask for? A great man, a beautiful ring, and edible glitter!

Groom

I bought a ring, I asked a question, I got a good answer!
