 | Jaleesa was born August 10, 1988 at Chowan Hospital in Edenton, NC. She is the second daughter of Wayland Stallings and April Privott. Jaleesa has two sisters and two brothers. Jaleesa also has a beautiful niece, nephew, and god-son. Jaleesa attended Elizabeth City State University where she obtained her BS in Psychology as well as joined the prestigious sorority of Alpha Kappa Alpha Incorporated. Jaleesa decided to continue her education and acquired her master’s degree at the largest Christian university in the world. In 2012, Jaleesa and her family relocated to Davenport, Florida where she currently resides. Presently, Jaleesa is employed with a non profit organization where she serves as a advocate for victims of domestic violence. She is also a mental health outpatient therapist with Families First of Florida. Jaleesa enjoys attending church at Parkview Christian Center where she faithfully serves on the Welcome Committee. In her leisure time, Jaleesa enjoys shopping, outings at the movies, and mani/pedi dates with her neice. Jaleesa is a visionary; she has an overarching goal of returning home and opening a practice in the area where her journey began. |
