To all guest:

We ask for all guests to be at the Pier no later than 10:00 a.m. to begin the check-in process so once the ship has cleared, we will be able to priority board before all other cruising passengers. Guests who do not arrive at the time we board will have to make their own way on the ship.

You will need to provide your state issued photo ID at the time of check in, please have it available. You will leave your ID with Security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship. Non-sailing guests are welcome to tour the ship until the ceremony time. All non-sailing guests must debark the ship immediately after the reception. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your ID in the ship’s terminal. For children, bring their original birth certificate as a form of ID. 

Valensia will have everyone's boarding pass, which is needed to board the ship. You will not be able to board the ship without the boarding pass and ID. 

Please ensure that you are aware of the time the guest members need to be at the ceremony. Maps of the ship are available at the Information Desk. PLEASE BE ON TIME!!! Delays on the part of the wedding couple and/or the wedding guests may result in limited ceremony or reception time. All ceremonies are performed before the ship sails and all ceremony times are approximate and can be delayed due to unforeseen events.
