Lyndon and Zoe's journey started out when Zoe was only sixteen years old.  Lyndon was the first "gentleman" to ever take her out on a date in their hometown of Margate.  He was six years her senior and as he dropped her off that evening and hugged her good night, he heard a small voice inside of him say,  "She's too young and innocent to be pursued!"  He listened to that voice and for the next seven years they interacted within the same friendship group, but quietly and fondly observed each other from a distance.  

For the next twenty five years, Lyndon created his life in London and Zoe emigrated to America.  They were not in contact although shared mutual friends.  Then during the summer of 2016 "facebook" reunited their friendship.  They rekindled that spark that had been layed down many years ago.  After a few weeks of messaging each other Zoe returned to London and they dined at a lovely French restaurant.  It was "LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT" and they both felt that they had truly found their soul mates... finally!

They have spent the past twenty months flying back and forth enjoying time in each country with each others children.  A highlight of their courtship was when Lyndon brought out Maddie and Phoebe to Dallas last summer to enjoy ten days with Maisie, William and Thomas.  What a blessing it was for Lyndon and Zoe to watch their five teenagers not only get along but really enjoy each other.

Now they are weeks away, excitedly waiting for their wedding day.  They had always observed each other from a distance while they were growing up, and feel so blessed to have this "second chance."
