We were enjoying our time together in Carmel and were planning on spending a day in Big Sur. On the morning that we planned to go to Big Sur, Melvin wanted to stop back in at a store we had visited the day before. So we stopped and Melvin asked to see a ring we had looked at the day before...then he bought it! He opened the box and turned towards me, I whispered, "Are you going to get on your knee? He looked at me, laughed and proceeded to get on one knee.
I was so elated and overwhelmed with joy! I cried, the salesman cried, Melvin cried! There was so much Joy and Love at that moment! The sales man was SO excited he showed Melvin a case of rings and said "Choose one!"He just gave Melvin a ring!
It was such an Awesome day! |
