A block of rooms has been reserved at the Bel-Aire Clarion Hotel at 2800 West 8th Street, Erie, PA 16506.  King rooms at $119/night and double bed rooms at $109/night should be reserved by September 19th, 2013.  King rooms are limited and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 12pm. Rooms are available for both Friday, October 18 and Saturday, October 19.  The phone number for the hotel is (814) 833-1116. 

Shuttle buses will be available for transportation of guests between the Clarion Hotel and the Maennerchor Club both before and after the reception. The shuttles will start running at 4:30pm at the Clarion Hotel and will run until 11:00pm.
