Welcome! I'm April and I'm the bride! I have to admit I'm not very good at writing about myself, so here goes nothing...!

I grew up in Mission Viejo, CA for 21 years until 6 months after I met Michael, when we decided to make the move together to Boise, Idaho. I am currently a student at Idaho State University studying Speech Language Pathology. Eventually I hope to work at an elementary school with kids who have speech and language problems or delays. I still have to get through a Master's program, but when all is said and done, I should be graduated by 2014!!  (Finally!!)

Some of my hobbies and interests include: sports (much to Michael's delight ;)), music (I played the clarinet for 8 years, though sadly I don't anymore), traveling, hiking, wakeboarding, reading, our cat Binx and our dog Charlie, spending time with family, and of course, MICHAEL!!  ;)

My turn...I'm Michael and I'm the groom. Much like my bride-to-be, I'm not much for writing about myself either....so I guess we are a good match for each other ;)

I was born in Santa Monica and moved to Mission Viejo when I was 4. After graduating from Mission Viejo High School, I went to college at San Diego State University, where I studied Political Science and then got my MBA in Sports Business. As you might have guessed, I am a huge sports fan and it's certainly one of the first things I fell in love with in April :) When your significant other surprises you with tickets to a Lakers playoff game, you know you've got the one ;) Growing up, I played pretty much any sport I could from baseball to basketball to soccer and more. 

Since moving to Boise, I have been working for U.S. Bank as a Personal Banker and am hoping to move up within the company in the near future. Hobbies of mine (beyond sports) include traveling, family time, the Binxer and Charlie, cooking, and spending time with my baby :)
