Given the deep love and commitment we both have for Haiti, God's hand was at work when we met at a fundraiser for Haiti in 2009. We were introduced by a mutual friend, Maggie Lominy. We had excellent communication from the start and quickly became great friends. It was as though we had known each other forever. 

Later, we and several friends, started Inspire Haiti, a non-profit which does medical missions in Haiti. We spent a tremendous amount of time together organizing a mission trip after the horrendous earthquake in January 2010. As a result, our friendship continued to grow. 

During the summer of 2010 our relationship became a romantic one and it's been great ever sense......
