Bride

September 2 Todd smiled at me... that was all it took.

We didn't really speak to each other for about a month, but talked every day.  It was important to me to truly get to know Todd, on a deeper level than surface, Lili and I were a big undertaking.  One that he was not afraid of.

September 29th was our first date.  I felt like I was 16 again, waiting for him to even hold my hand.  The night was amazing, something I didn't want to end, but at 1 a.m. I knew it must as he had to work the next morning.

After saying goodbye that night, I knew I had met a great man and was thankful the Lord had put him in my life.

On September 2nd,  I was browsing through profiles on ChristianMingle.com and I came upon one that interested me. I saw a girl that lived in Queen Creek and got discouraged. I had this idea in my head that I wanted to meet someone close to my home in Glendale. Something told me, however, to go ahead and make an attempt to get in contact with this girl I saw.

I was suprised to get a response back from my initial attempt to contact her. I was really glad I did, however. Over the course of the next month or so we would talk to each other pretty much on a daily basis through chat. It was a weird feeling for me to feel like I knew a person so well after a month but had never met them.

When we went on our first date it did not feel like a first date. We had taken the last month getting to know each other so it felt like we were old friends. Yes, it took a while for me to muster up the courage to hold her hand, but I did!

After that night, I knew that we had something special. The fact that she had Lili just melted my heart even more for her. I knew I wanted to be with both of them.
