We have set up a room block out at Eastside Cannery. The hotel is located off of the strip and gives the closest location to where we live, the church, and the reception. Please see below for hotel information. 

(If enough people stay at the hotel, we will set up a shuttle service from the hotel to the reception and back, so please stay so you do not have to worry about driving after the reception)

a)     Reservations have to be made before the cut-off date to guarantee the group rate. Cut-off Date: June 6, 2016

b)     A credit card is required to guarantee their reservation.

c)     Credit card provided during reservation will be charged for the first night room and tax. Additional nights will be charged at check out.

     f)   A credit card deposit of $75.00 will be required at check in to guarantee incidentals.

h)     The system will show you the types of room available so you can choose.

RESERVATIONS CUT OFF DATE:  June 6, 2016

Reservations have to be made before the cut-off date. All unreserved rooms after cut-off date will go back to general sale and the group rate is not guaranteed. Reservations cut-off is typically 30 days prior to arrival.
