My relationships with my loved ones are what I cherish most in life, and so all of my happiest times are spent with family and friends. I am a gypsy at heart and so another of my passions is travel - whether it's to an exotic spot across the world or my eternal favorite, Glacier National Park, I'll pack my bags for adventure any time I get the chance. Nursing school is what takes most of my time and energy right now...until I graduate this December! I am so grateful that I've finally found my path, and am content that it is a perfect fit for me. Although it took me awhile to get here, my Mom's words, "Why don't you go to nursing school?" finally clicked in, and as I've slowly learned over the years, my Mom is seldom wrong!

I love learning, cooking, church, music and laughing with my friends and family. I am happiest hanging out with my boys, chatting on the phone with my Mom, or skyping my cousins and friends overseas. I am excited to be well on my way to earning a Master's degree and continuing my education at Western Michigan University. I can't say that I love the snow, but Kalamazoo has been good to me, and I am slowly but surely feeling more comfortable here. I also have the travel bug, and thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to Glacier National Park this summer, where I saw my first real live grizzly bear in the wild!
