We've opted for a traditional wedding. But! Not in the way you might think! Ya see, sometimes in our household we take things quite literally; when we said we're tying the knot, WE MEANT IT! We've decided on a traditional celtic ceremony; Handfasting. Each cord repersents our vows to eachother and will be tied around our hands, therefore "Tying the knot". As this is a happy occasion no one at our wedding is allowed to be salty; However! The floor around our feet will be! It is tradition to lay a salt circle around the couples feet to keep bad vibes away from us and our new life together.
