Hors d'oeuvres will be passed around during cocktail hour.  During that first hour we will be serving a signature cocktail and there will be a top shelf open bar.  After that first hour wine and beer ONLY will be complimentary.  Anyone wishing to continue drinking liquor will have the option or starting their own tab.  There will be a champane toast with the cake after dinner.

Appetizer - Our dinner will start with som freshly sliced fruit with berries

Salad - Caesar Salad

Entree - The main course will be a petit filet mignon and swordfish grilled with a bearnaise sauce and served with oven-roasted potato with fresh rosemary

Dessert - We will be serving cake and coffee
