Now that we were once again living in the same state, we decided we wanted to take that next step in our lives together. We have known for a while we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together, and now we were ready to make it official. We planned another trip to Disney World during Christmas time, though Jaki did not know James was ready with the ring waiting in his luggage.

We sat down to a beautiful dinner at Victoria and Albert’s and after seven courses James was acting strange. Jaki did not understand why he was stalling at the table after dinner. Finally, he got out of his chair and knelt down beside her, presenting the ring and asking “will you marry me?” Of course, the answer was yes!
